You'll need an audio input device (microphone, mixer, or virtual audio cable) to broadcast. Most USB microphones and built-in sound cards work out of the box.

Do I need a Streamerr account to use the software?
No. Streamerr Live works with any SHOUTcast or Icecast server. If you happen to have a StreamerrPanel account, you get extra perks like token-based quick connect, auto server setup, and integrated listener stats.
What audio formats are supported?
MP3 and AAC, with bitrates of 64, 96, 128, 160, 192, 256, and 320 kbps. Plenty of options to match your server's capabilities.
Is it available for Mac or Linux?
Currently Windows only. macOS and Linux versions are in active development — get in touch if you'd like to be notified when they launch.
Can I use virtual audio cables (VAC)?
Yes. Streamerr Live works with any audio input your system recognises, including VB-Cable, Voicemeeter, and similar tools. You can also use Windows audio loopback to stream system audio directly.
How do I report bugs or request features?
