Mobile app questions
Do I need my own developer account?
Yes — you'll need your own developer accounts for both platforms. For Android, that's a Google Play Organization/Business developer account (not Personal). For iOS, you'll need an Apple Developer Program account. You grant Streamerr access to both so we can develop, test, publish, and maintain your apps on your behalf. We'll guide you through the setup if you don't have them already.
How long does it take to build my app?
Once we have your branding, apps are typically built and submitted within a few working days. Apple's and Google's review processes can add another 1-3 days on top.
Can I customise the colours and design?
Yes. The apps are fully white-labelled. Provide your logo, colour scheme, and any design preferences and we'll match your station's identity exactly.
Do I need a Streamerr streaming package?
No, the apps work with any standard streaming host — SHOUTcast, Icecast, or any other stream URL. If you're not already with us, we'll just need your stream details during setup.
What happens to my app if I cancel?
There are no cancellation fees. If you cancel, your app is removed from the relevant app store(s) at the end of your billing period.
Can I update the app later?
Absolutely. Need to change your logo, colours, or add a new stream? Just send us the changes and we'll push an update at no extra cost.
