Prove what's behind the dropout

Run Broadcast Diag on the same PC as BUTT, SAM, RadioBOSS, or Mixxx. It tracks every live stream independently and records path latency around each disconnect — so support can see whether it looks like the network path, the encoder, or something else.

What you get
  • Multi-stream timelines (each harbor separately)
  • RTT, jitter & loss around every drop
  • Share link for Streamerr support
  • Local HTML/CSV on your Desktop

How it works

Three steps — leave it running across stop/start

Built for tickets where one stream drops while another on the same PC keeps going.

  1. Download & extract

Unzip anywhere and double-click broadcast-diag.exe. WebView2 (Edge) is usually already installed.

  2. Start monitoring

Live encoders are detected automatically. Click Start — new streams are added while it runs.

  3. Stop & share

After a disconnect, Stop & save report. A link like artemis.streamerr.co/diag/… is copied for support.

Evidence that lines up with server logs

Client / ISP path
High RTT or probe loss right before disconnect
Clean disconnect
Stable latency — encoder stop, sleep, or local interrupt
Multi-stream
One harbor down while another stays up — timestamps included

Need help reading a report?

Paste the share link into your Streamerr ticket — we'll review it alongside server-side session health.
